The 30-Day Reset is a fixed set of six daily rules and a short nightly log. You set the specifics before Day 1. After that the structure does not change. Each night you mark every rule kept or missed and write one line: what held, or what broke. It takes under two minutes.

The six rules

1. Wake within your window: a wake time you choose, within 30 minutes, every day.
2. Move intentionally for at least 20 minutes.
3. Complete one 45-minute focused work block with your phone out of reach.
4. Hold one consumption rule you choose before Day 1.
5. Log the day before you sleep.
6. Your own rule, written before Day 1 and held exactly as written.

Keep all six to keep the day. Two focus practices for your phone are tracked alongside, separately. They do not decide whether the day is kept.

When you miss

A missed day stays in the log. There is no restart and no "back to Day 1." Two missed days in a row is the only way to break the protocol. This is the well-known "never miss twice" principle, built into the daily logs and the wall tracker.

30-Day Reset or Foundations Journal?

The 30-Day Reset is the start: fixed rules and a 30-day log. Foundations Journal is Iron Creed's 90-day system, with a daily page for each of the 90 days, weekly reviews and milestone reviews at Day 30, 60 and 90. The Reset ends on Day 30. What comes next is your decision.
